When I walked away from my six-figure corporate job in furniture sales, most people thought I was crazy. I didn’t have a plan—just two paintbrushes, some chalk paint, and a burning desire to never work that hard for someone else again.

Saved by Design began like many small businesses—DIY flipping and painting farmhouse-style furniture before 2020. We had no experience in furniture restoration, only a strong drive to do something different. But then, something changed.

We fell in love with the history, craftsmanship, and stories behind each piece. What started as a hobby grew into a true passion. We learned through trial and error, grew through COVID, and eventually, we transitioned from DIY flippers to dealers of antique and mid-century modern furniture.

Today, we focus on restoring, refinishing, and curating high-end antique furniture and quality mid-century modern pieces. We take pride in offering our clients in-demand pieces that are both functional and timeless. I’m also passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with others, so you can appreciate the beauty and value in each piece of furniture.

Saved by Design isn’t just my business—it’s a partnership. My mom, though she prefers to stay behind the scenes, has been here with me from day one. She’s the quiet force behind everything we’ve built, and Saved by Design wouldn’t exist without her.
